New Officer Portal and Operational References

The NSPS Information Hub now provides one secure Officer Portal for protected resources alongside new quick-reference material for operational duties.

Officer Login Portal

  • Use Officer Login to enter the shared officer PIN once per browser session.
  • Open protected Handbooks, Academy resources and Officer Forms from one portal.
  • Handbooks and Academy remain hidden from the public navigation until officer access is unlocked.
  • Use Lock Officer Access when leaving a shared device or preparing to stream.

New Handbook References

  • Operational Codes now includes IC identification codes.
  • Officer State Codes now covers State 0 through State 16.
  • PNC Markers includes DR, WE, VI, FI, CL, SH, MN, CO, SU, ES and IF.
  • The Principles section includes full BUGEE and GOWISELY guidance.

Designed for Quick Access

The Officer Portal and reference sections work across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. Officers should continue to apply current legislation, NSPS policy, training and supervisor guidance alongside all quick-reference material.

Access the Update

Open Officer Portal, enter the authorised PIN and choose the protected area required. Do not share officer access outside North Shore Police Service.

Welcome to the New North Shore Police Service Information Hub

The new NSPS website brings official information, training, documents and request forms together in one clear and accessible place for officers and civilians.

For Officers

  • Read the current NSPS handbook, policies and complete force roster.
  • Use the Academy for core training, specialist guidance, scenarios and evidence handling.
  • Review legislation, police powers and numbered operational sections.
  • Access information for ERPT, RPU, ARU and CID.
  • Submit leave, transfer, training and internal complaint requests online.

For Civilians and Applicants

  • Request an interview after submitting an NSPS application.
  • Use the Civilian Complaint Form for service or conduct concerns.
  • Learn about NSPS departments, ranks and policing roles.
  • Join the official Discord community for updates and support.

The NSPS Information Hub is fully responsive and supports desktop computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Navigation, forms, training materials, legislation dropdowns and department information adapt to both portrait and landscape screens.

Using the Site

Use the navigation bar to access Handbooks, Academy, Departments, Forms and Rank Structure. Information will continue to be updated, so officers should use this site as their central reference and civilians should check it before contacting staff.
